you can do this even with VPN from outside US but not so consistent like with a US simcard
so your saying with no sim card and vpn i can act like and create a U.s based account?

Also try location based proxies or VPNs to show as if you are in the U.S., but thats not enough. Engaging with US users through ads or some organic interactions could help you as well.

There are many ways such as faking IP with VPN or proxy or US 4g sim. Then create an account and use it, I see many people using these methods.
