First. what you need?
Ebay account,cowboom account,Paypal account.
Second.Process
1.sign up at cowboom (it also has an affiliate program- )
2.Pick an item that has a lower price at amazon or ebay.
3.list that item on ebay,you can copy and paste.(you add atleast some profit on the cowboom price)
4.wait the sales come to your paypal.
5.order the item on cowboom and put the ebay client data in the shipping detail.

And how we get this dubious 300$ you mentioned?
It would be also better when you would mention if you actually do this method and can proof and somehow argument if this method really works, and where are also the problems and difficulties with this method.

Id love $300 bucks too. Just a word to the wise Cowboom is all electronics and what not, meaning you are going to have some pretty tough category limits for most items on newer ebay accounts.

Drop-shipping can work. Not sure if I'd trust Cowboom. Do they send invoices with the packages?

Well, there are products on cowboom sold for lower price than on ebay and amazon, and you can make a profit. But a small one! If you add ebay/amazon/paypal fees to the cowboom price and still want to stay lower than other sellers, maybe you make $10 profit. Not sure where your $300 come from. You list 50 items a day or what? Then you need a really good ebay account that enables you doing so.
Also there are many deals on cowboom only for a day or so, if your item does not sell immediately and is out of stock/back to normal price when sold, then have much fun with refunds and negative feedback
