Here fresh installation i mean is a fresh copy of Data Folder.
First 15 Steps are only 1 time steps.
Next 12 steps are to earn every time.

If you have completed one time only 15 steps and next 12 steps it is very obvious that for the next round of earnings you have to complete only 12 steps.
In the first round of 12th step, you will be formatting the drive.
So next time you want to earn, start with 1st step by running job.bat which is the Step number 1.

It is just a detailed steps mentioned in the OP.
Actually you have less work.
Once setup, it takes less than 1 minute to Copy the main folders, change IDs etc.

Regarding the installation on Apps, YES it takes time of 15 minutes to earn Rs. 50
 
Great and detail post. Must Thank you OP for it. However my wife is always doing a mini version of this method with simply installing "Ultimate FreeB " apps on her android, and getting her recharge free, I think many people do it but yours is really big scale. I am wondering whether this method is equally good with pocket money as well as FreeB ? or it need any modification?

I have not tried "Ultimate FreeB" app.
I will let you know the results once i try it.

EDIT :

I tried to register and i am unable to do it in Bluestacks.
Let me know whether you tried it on Bluestacks...

i have tried most of the apps.
there was a time when an app called Free Buster worked and i almost emptied their pocket and in few days they closed the loophole and banned all my numbers from recharging.(doesn't work now)
Ladoo worked for me for 1 time on all my numbers and i even recharged my DTH. Then they banned all my numbers.

If someone finds a new app, please post it here.
