[Method] STEP by STEP Finding High PR Backlinks for Newbies

INTRODUCTION

Prices for high quality backlinks can be very expensive;

PR2: $10 - $15
PR3: $15 - $25
PR4: $60 - $80
PR5: $100 - $150
PR6: $150 - $250

So I decided to put together a step-by-step manual how I do it for my sites.

There are multiple ways to do that but its all about maximizing your results vs. dollars spent. So, without further ado:

METHOD STEP BY STEP

1) Go to Google Keyword Tool and find a popular keyword.

2) Go to Google and search for that keyword. Don't waste your time analyzing sites like Wikipedia, WebMD and alike sites. Look for sites that are not as big but still have good rankings.

Here are few good sites on page 2 that look good for the analysis:

3) Copy one of the URLs in our example it is "familydoctor.com" and to see where its backlinks are coming from I run it through iBacklinkPRO ( http://www.ibacklinkpro.com ) you can definitely use your favorite service to get this step done. Alternative services;

MajesticSEO

Ahrefs

TrafficTravis

BacklinkWatch

ScrapeBox's Backlink Checker

SpyGlass

Click on backlinking domain.

4) Search for place to post your backlink/comment.

5) Verify that backlink is there by refreshing the page or opening it in the different browser.

LOL. Exactly what I thought. But apparently, a lot of people are doing so. I won't name them, or their service/items, but I tried reporting the self-promotion posts, and nothing happened. But hey, when there's something to love, there's something to hate as well.

To me, this is worse than self-promoting. I don't mind self-promotion if it's done tactfully and within the rules. This is neither, is misleading and is disguised as a method.

OP's "method", which is nothing remotely new, could have been written in 3 sentences. Of course, that doesn't make for good sales copy.

Yes this is my service. And reason why I'm talking about my service and not someone else's is because I could not find similar services that could provide needed data for this purpose in the short perioud of time (please list one if you know one). But nevertheless it should not matter if I'm talking about my service or someone else's when the service listed in the steps is beneficial and not misleading. What I believe important is how this thread helped/helping community; did I provide any new ideas on how to build backlinks, did I help someone to come up with new/better ideas to improve any procedures that they were following in the past, have I helped someone to save time or money?

And if you use different ways to build high quality backlinks please list them here. I'm always open for suggestions and new ideas and plus they will benefit all of us here.

It actually kinda does matter whose service/product you are promoting (openly). I think the thread would have been much better and informative if you would have listed some free and other paid options.

okk even though op's post look like more of self promotion rather than a method but still it is actually useful.

I found 2 pr-5 and one pr-6 actual pages (not domain) in few minutes to drop my link...
Moreover the free version of the program works good so no harm in trying it ...
