I know this thread is old...but can someone PLEASE help me? I've followed the steps. I've got my correct index . php loaded onto my handler site, CPA site is constructed, yet I am having browser compatibility trouble. I can't get this to work half the time in IE and sometimes FF. It always works in Chrome.
I've done troubleshooting and have figured out it's a problem with my cakeslice link. When I add my handler domain to the code the locker stops working in IE. When I remove it, the iframe shows up where you can put in the zip code in all 3 browsers. I tried posting my cakeslice code here but I think b/c it contains links the forum stops my post from coming thru. It's got to be something small, but I've used google and the search function here so much I've worn them out :-(

This thread is surprising to me. I had tried the exact method just for the heck of it with no results. Good to see someone made it work though

Wow my brain hurts..... This is a great thread, but i feel like a 1st grader performing brain surgery. I am going to keep trying this until i get it and understand it all. I have no prior knowledge of html so either way i am learning something. Hopefully i can get this to work because i have some great ideas for the BH site.

I have read in another thread that cakeslide can now be detected by CPA network and also lead to non payment.
Maybye the reason why one cannot download the script anymore.
