But...
I don't know what is going on, but I can't find any 1st page emial or zip submit offer. I've tried so many CPA networks with no result. Even one damn offer, nothing...
I consider that kinda offers as a legend or something.
Prove me wrong, please!

@lykathe: For any bh technique like this to work with CPA, you should also send good amount of white hat traffic to them.

I agree with you, some {advertisers|networks} check the IP. This method can be used with others kind of offers.
Moreover this method has to be used very slowly, mixted with white hat trafic.
Finally, I think it will not work for a very long time: CPA are slowly moving to other kind of offers (like to pay higher but only when mails are confirmed). I do support them fort that. I actually don't understand why they don't do only that as there are BH methods for this kind of offers for years...

1) Yes email can be done ... most of one field submit.
2) I don't use this method a lot, if it is combined with WH trafic which converts that's ok.

@ OP - Nice. You can actually offer a setup service and make some extra cash. Many people have no idea how to set this up.

Nice write up

Crazyflx's locker was where I started myself, but I'd STRONGLY recommend that people either learn to send users to the 2nd page, or use a locker which allows users to complete the offer.

Just slicing and submitting emails with totally random zip codes is going to result in a very fast ban, hence the reason we developed Content Lock Pro.

To All - at the end of the day, the ONLY thing that really matters to CPA Networks and advertisers is lead quality/back-end conversions.
This write up is great, and will save you tons of time, research and work.
Use those savings to look into ways to remain unnoticed if you're not providing the above to your advertisers/networks.

Percu's already mentioned some of the ways (spreading amongst multiple Networks), and 99% of the other ways to remain unnoticed can be found on this forum.

Some asked me, but definitly no. Most of the work here has been done by Crazyflx and JohnsonDaniel. I don't have to get money because they are the coders, not me.

Yep, one more time you're right

This method must be used slowly and carefully. A good way would be to use it just a little bit everyday to increase $ (so it means you already have nice WH cash revenues).
You can also use it sometimes without the fake captcha generator to send real mails/zip etc ...

Finally, the best is indeed to use a tool like content locker pro in order to be able to really display the CPA offer (the second page).
But this is actually a good way to start content locker & iframe.

Sorry, I never use it. But if you are able to add the fake URL, it should be ok as the redirection would be inside the iframe.
