[METHOD]Spam to Google Top 3 Rankings using Youtube

How is this method good. I googled the keyword "watch everest online free full movie" and the playlist isn't showing up. Is this a group troll thread where everyone is trolling by finding value and glorifying a "method" that seems to be worthless?

@mickyfu: Where the hell did i claim to be an SEO guru ? neither did i say it was a new method. Oh and if you know anything about parasites, you would know they stop working after a while, at one time i was seeing zendesk being used as parasite then it stopped working then it was buzzfeed then yahoo answers then something else. Now its Youtube playlists.

rogerke is actually right. The whole secret behind this is the quality backlinks that are built because playlists alone won't rank or even index. I thought this was pretty smart to spam on authority sites which are indexed instantly and ranks the playlists to the top. Google will hopefully stop playlists from ranking at all so this spam is stopped.

Oh and feel free to try this with other parasites, i am actually curious if it will work ? but i doubt it because i would have seen it being used. Google is loving tumblr a lot though these days so its worth a shot.

@PaperToy and @PBNSurprise: This is a random playlist i found just to show how it is used. It obviously won't rank as its months old and the backlinks are gone. It is not even related to my niche, i wasn't going to share my niche and see it riddled with all kinds of spam.

@tomarm: What ? Why ?. I never said anything about GSA, i doubt it will work for keywords with authority sites already ranking (thankfully). This is for time based keywords where new 'stuff' is released and you can bank pretty hard if you are at the top as soon as it is released. The keyword volume dies down with time.

Interestingly, I'll just be blunt - I WAS the fucking man in the movie niche for all of 2012 for every big budget release. I owned the top 3 search results for my targeted movie keywords and I made quite a bit of money all day every day. I used parasite sites to do it. While it wasn't youtube specifically then - it was in 2009 when I made big money in the domain parking industry.

Some time around the middle of 2013 G changed the rules and made the parasite model much less effective for the movie niche specifically. I mostly then saw my competition step up and take over the niche to the point where I finally dropped out of it. What has been ranking for almost 2+ years now are obvious authority sites but they have also not been able to maintain their rankings because ANY new content posted at a competing authority site would then overtake the previous ranker based mostly on freshness and some "special sauce" the die-hard movie niche workers were always using. That mostly means they were using churn and burn tactics and blasting shit tons of GSA spam and/or other spam links at the new posts.

Who the F wants to do that? Not me certainly, so I ditched the niche and looked for something easier. Now what I can tell you is that if you are NOT seeing these youtube parasites ranking in the movie niche - you're not looking at enough keywords. I'm actually seeing even oldschool models of keyword and link stuffing working from youtube in my research ... so G changed something while everyone was sleeping, and while this isn't exactly new ... it is different, and noteworthy for anyone looking to hit up the "time based keywords" stuff as classybabe suggests.

This is a method that someone who has never made money online can use and they may make money ... assuming they know what to do with any traffic it might generate. As it was mentioned ... these will rank for a short period of time, so timing is everything .... or volume + timing = potential big-time cash.

Will it get patched? No, but it will likely stop working intermittently? Definitely ... some days and with some keywords it will work ... other days not so much. The reason is that it's highly dependent on your specific keywords, and what your competition is doing. For example ... whoever the clown is who has been using reddit to dominate the movie niche for the past two years - continues to do so. Props to that guy, whoever he is. Reddit consistently results in positive ranking in the movie niche, and you can easily find it CURRENTLY dominating most movie niche queries.

So while the youtube thing is awesome ... if you could figure out what the reddit guy does you could have a lot more virtual real estate in the niche. Master both strategies, and you can probably write your own ticket online with FREE models. That's cool stuff!
