[METHOD] Reddit = Cash Machine

So earlier, I posted this thread about my eye bags: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/eye-bags-from-prolonged-screen-time.1391181/page-2#post-15083036

Afterwards, I smelt the familiar aroma of opportunity. So I went to Reddit with a brand new account with 0 karma, and casually ended up on the front page of a subreddit with 1.4 million followers. There are 60 people viewing the thread as I write this.

Don't believe me? Here's the post I made:
Still don't believe me? Check the accounts post history for a little surprise :D

I chose to promote the cheapest product I could find ($7) because I didn't do this for money. Could I have promoted a more expensive product and DM'ed every person that replied to the thread to make a quick couple thousand dollars? Yes. But I wanted to do this for you guys. To show you how to infiltrate any subreddit, and more importantly, how simple problem + solution is. The important thing is to position yourself as somebody who has experienced a problem before.

PROBLEM + SOLUTION.

The second element is to drum up conversation. Notice my replies to the comments. This is exactly what you want to do - relate to them, feel their pain.

And finally, you want to foreshadow. Notice my response to the person asking for before and after photos. I told them I "had to catch an owl". Why would I say that? This is because I knew somebody would ask for the backstory. I foreshadowed their response. I find that this works 25% of the time, but when it does, it creates more responses and drives the post into the fucking stratosphere. Make a funny story, almost like you're obviously trolling, but it's believable.

And that's really it. I'm off to go catch an owl.

This would sound a lot more doable if you hadn’t included a line the proclaims making easy money, “…DM'ed every person that replied to the thread to make a quick couple thousand dollars? Yes.” Everyone is glossing over this bit. Can you describe precisely how you manage to make $2k every time message someone who responds to a post like this? If you have a real way of pulling that off, I’d love to hear that. Really. Even better, if you could post screenshots of you making that happen, that would make this much mich easier to believe. I don’t mean any disrespect sir, I’m just saying, it’s not every day someone claims that they can get $2k from just replying to people who are replying to their post. Thanks!

Blackhatworld is sanctuary for dudes like xShot

1) Spends some money in this forum.

2) Make simple one page website.

3) Sell in that website random course for $100 or $200.

4) Promote your website in here to get salles.

5) Be active in this forum, post random stuff, grow your audience in here.

Direct affiliate links are not permitted on Reddit. Direct affiliate links on Reddit may result in account suspension. That doesn't mean you can't use Reddit to implement an affiliate marketing plan (such as using a landing page).

Why are you all so impressed about it ?
Everyone and their mother are doing that on reddit, quora, yahoo answer, Facebook etc ect since decades.
I'm speechless.
Next tutorial will be, how to follow/unfollow on instagram and everyone will thank him.
I just don't get it.
Every thread from this guy is just rehash threads and you all like it.
There is absolutely nothing new in this thread.
That may be true but over time people think that these methods are maybe dead/saturated or dont know if it still works or not. Also if something is old people will mostly just assume that it has to be completely dead by now. But i still appreciate that this is a good reminder that it is still out there and it still works.

the screenshot shows that your post is removed , then your post never showed in that subreddit?

Ah yes another Xshot tutorial that is not only taken from someone else but also doesn't work. Making money online is very simple. Just try to find idiots who will fall for your BS. Welcome to the world of Xshot. The guy even used other people's earnings screenshots as his in other posts.

@OP Since the reddit post has been banned (they pasted your post here on your reddit thread), can you please share the essence of what you had written / how you had approached the writing? And also, how did you give the aff link there - was it a link to your website and you were selling from there, or was it something else? Maybe not even a link, but just a DM-bait?

He took that risk posting about it here and I'm sure he knew it. He sacrificed this post for our own good.

It was DM bait, but you could also use a made up product name that people would in turn search for and find your website.

EDIT: Also because I'm a true hacker. Here ya go

One of the problems on reddit is it's hard to find a subreddit with a bunch of followers that allows account to post with 0 karma. Next is the product related to that sub if you found one. Sounds easy but really you'll spend a lot of time for that golden nugget. Did that sub really allow you to post without any karma?
karma is the easy part, just post a cute animal pic in r/aww or something.

Yeah but OP claims he posted on a big sub with 0 karma which is kinda hard to believe.

"So I went to Reddit with a brand new account with 0 karma, and casually ended up on the front page of a subreddit with 1.4 million followers"

He did it sir.

Millionaire shares a method. Majority of the forum bitches.

Getting traffic on Reddit is not the hard part, the real problem comes when you post an affiliate link and instantly get called out for it.
I completely agree. I have personally experienced this

someone had already shared a very similar method in the thread like an year ago.
Simple, effective and genuine marketing is always the same.

Thus natural to see 'similar methods' over the year.

No new wheel was invented lately. All are still round.
