Worth a try I guess. Can't hurt but just nothing I would do long term or spend too much time doing unless the return was VERY high.

What kind of people visit reddit? In my understanding it's mostly guys that are bored and like to click their boredom away. There is no way to convert that traffic in any reasonable way.
However, people good at SEO can create their own subreddits and rank them high on Google. This should provide much better quality traffic good for CPA and high income. Open your eyes, guys.

Reddit hates spam. This is one of those methods where "quality over quantity" comes to mind.
Make one or two accounts and work on them.

Thats probably useful to someone but its far better to create your own account and build on it. I started using OP's method myself and received my first pay check from crakrevenue last week. Using one reddit account and only posting one gif a day (quality gifs that are unique)

Do subreddits have more leeway when it comes to what content can be posted? I know that with using other people's subreddits the mods will delete content and cause a ghosting.

Haha lmfao why did you think this was necessary? On Reddit you can signup without even having an email. Just a simple 5 character captcha. You can have as many Reddit accounts as you want, just don't upvote any of your own stuff.

Each one needs a different ip and there needs to be cookies and cache cleaned before creation of each one, or they will all be ghosted. Also posting certain websites gets an account ghosted on certain subreddits and too many posts deleted gets a system wide ghosting.
Using Reddit to get traffic is going to require several hours to days of planning out a somewhat complicated system for the best results.
