Rank And Rent The Easy Way

This money making thread will tell you guys in simple steps how to make passive income the easy way,
No SEO, No PPC. 100% Passive income with small expenses.

Step 1. Find a less-popular niche
Step 2. Find a Low-populated city in USA with low comptetion for this niche
Step 3. Find your niche service providers. always good to find around 3-5 of them before starting

When you finished this 3 steps, and you have your niche, city, providers its time for the setup.

Step 1. Buy domain + hosting from a cheap source
Step 2. Hire someone to make you a landing page with graphics
Step 3. Get a GMB For that website
Step 4. Get a Forwarding number on twillio or another provider
Step 5. Buy 50 Reviews for the GMB, and do some work on it such as uploading pictures and posts
Step 6. Set up a form for leads on your landing page

And your'e done,
Now contact the providers and ask them if they are looking for more leads, calls, show them the website and the GMB Insights ( the review guy should click calls and site before giving reviews so its will pump the insights )
Your GMB will Generate them 10-25 calls per month at the lowest if its has 50 reviews on it, and you guys will enjoy a 500-1000 USD Passive income per month.. now do it x30 and go have fun you Island Boyz :DD

I have 1 question here,

How do i find out if the lead is genuine? and what if I will sell the lead to the service provider and he/she denies the payment for the lead?
 
Nice thread, although I’m not sure if just one GMB can generate 10-25 calls per month that easily. Would have to depend on the niche, no?

Also, “the review guy should click calls and site before giving reviews so its will pump the insights” - yes, this would artificially inflate the insights and set high expectations for your client, who would then probably cancel service after the first month when he realizes that you aren’t getting anywhere as many leads.

You dont care if its genuine or not, cause you Rent the whole thing. you get FLAT fee per month that you close on with the provider, You dont sell them leads... you see?

I dont know bro, i have many gmbs, some of them generate 5 calls some of them 5k... but with 50 reviews its should generate 15-25 EASY.
this one has around 700 reviews in a popular city and popular niche. again, its one im managing for a client, of course not all gmbs are like that...

And if you find a high-end niche, your client needs only 1 closed job a month. and he wont having issues paying you 500-1k per month for it.

What niche is it, roughly?

I’ve had clients in restaurant niche that got 50K+ impressions per month on their GMB but never seen 5K phone calls for a local business. That phone number must be blowing up every second to a call center.
 
That's a very straightforward guide for everyone. I myself will jump into this for the first time and hopefully I will have some fun :D
 
I was doing the same with the listing site, earned good $$$ but fucked by Google for spam lol. Good old times.

Usually when you sell a lead on a pay per call basis, all that matter is call duration. You have that on Twilio.
 
Even though it's nothing new, the step-by-step process outlined here can be beneficial for generating new ideas/add twists.

Good method but I doubt if the less popular niches can generate 10-25 calls per month.

How do you approach businesses to rent out the listing?

I would think businesses would be sketched out if you say, "well I'm not really a landscaping business" right? Do you have a good script or cold email you use?

Dude, do you see I have any active BST on BHW now or any collaboration with this guy or anyone to have this assumption?
Not that I care, but I've started a few rank-and-rent sites middle of this year and am having a hard time getting them GMB verified, so I asked that question...
 
What if I chose to sell it off after setup, how much will be a good catch?
