Method? - Phone verification while living in USA

I want to phone verify a lot of Instagram accounts to keep long term and the only way to do this now without getting banned is through buying simcards to receive sms. This is crazy because in the usa you need a monthly phone plan for each USA sim + activation fees.

- Is there any way to buy cheap foreign sims and receive/access sms without paying for a international plan while being in the USA?

I dont really want to rely on someone else for phone re-verification down the line and want to be able to it my self.



Any idea what I should do?

virtual numbers like smspva will get you banned. most of these services re-use the numbers.
