Method of buying a Facebook account WITHOUT getting disabled?

If Facebook disables an account, usually there is a reason for it. Make sure you comply with their ad policies. https://www.facebook.com/policies/ads/

If you've done something dubious previously on FB using an IP they've blocked, you're likely to get blocked again even if you use that IP with a different account. Social media platforms are very careful when screening IP addresses for suspicious activities so chances are they'll know it's same IP trying to do something different this time and block you.

This is why 4G mobile proxies are so great, as the IPs are the same used by everybody so they can't block them.
