Hey guys,

IMHO this method(if you want to call it that) is where every Newbie should start before they go out anywhere else within IM industry. This method is so simple and so easy to do that anybody regardless of their background can do it and also at the same time you will learn valuable skills that you will need to be able to go on to bigger and better things within IM.

This is the Wax on, Wax off of the IM world that teaches you the skills you will need in the future VS trying to learn EVERYTHING before you ever start applying it and being hopelessly lost. This method has probably been shared in some capacity before but I am going to give you the resources I gave my wife when she was out of work to make a little extra side cash for spending money and also a few twists on it you can use to scale this and make more than $15/day.

This is brainless monkey work....so don't overcomplicate it. I am going to give you ALL THE RESOURCES you need to do this.

This method (if you want to call it that) utilizes Crowdsourcing....IE instead of hiring someone full time to do work everyday on Larger Projects, you hire someone to do a small simple task for a small sum of money...

Examples of Tasks might include:

-Research - Like finding a competitor site, research the airfares & give the cheapest, research website related to some topics etc
-Data Entry - Entering some info, copy & paste jobs, extract text from images etc
-Writing - Writing a review, comment, short article, proofreading etc.
-Design - Logo design, banner design, header design etc
-Signup on some website & activate your account
-Download something from some website
-Completing a survey
-Posting on forum
-Follow someone on twitter
-Rate a YouTube video
-Create a Gmail account
-Signup on some website
-Upload a photo on some website etc. etc.

These sites that do crowdsourcing are like what Fiverr is to Odesk.....Small bite size tasks of what a full time worker/assistant might do....

Here are the sites you want to sign up on: Some have their pro's and cons over others....I think after a period of time you will find the ones you prefer to use over the others.

-Amazon Mechanical Turk:
https://www.mturk.com/mturk/welcome -This is the big daddy of crowdsourcing....the pay per task tends to lower...but the abundance of tasks makes it worth it to cherrypick the best ones.

-Microworkers:
https://microworkers.com - This is probably the second biggest site out there in this industry. Everyone with a little bit of knowledge can do the tasks. Most of the tasks are based around site promotion

-ShortTask:
http://shorttask.com - This is probably number 3 bigeest crowdsourcing site. Decent payouts vs the Microworkers and Mechanical Turks.

- Clickworker:
http://www.clickworker.com/en - On par size wise with Short Task and there is always a ton of tasks to choose from.

-RapidWorkers-
http://rapidworkers.com - Good payouts on stuff and although the minimum payout is $4 I think, you can withdraw it near instantly via Paypal which is a plus.

-Clixsense:
http://www.clixsense.com - They have a little bit of everything here....microtasks, surveys, contests etc. The payouts for survey's are good but they can be tedious.

Crowdsource:
http://www.crowdsource.com - This is a little different from the others in that they are hired by big name brands to do microtasks...and there is more training and testing done before you can do a task, but the payout is good.

JobBoy:
http://www.jobboy.com - Good site, average payouts..
.

***Here is a HUGE resource list below...there is a wealth of information and resources below...from other smaller crowdsourcing sites, to Crowd creativity that you can use for graphic design work and business ideas and copywriting resources....please note this site had their banner ads in a funky place and when you want to see more info about a company you have to scroll down below the ads***

Like I said most of the tasks on these sites above are monkey tasks (tasks a monkey could do)...but they are simple and easy to make money with and get your feet wet in the IM skills you'll need for your journey into IM.

But wait there's more!

Add a little creativity to what you see and learn on these crowdsourcing sites and you can make a decent living doing them.

For example....you can hire somebody full time from the Philipines for dirt cheap (about $150 a month or so) and then assign them the tasks to do from these microworkers sites. Don'y send them to the sites themselves for instructions for obvious reasons. Also if you are going to hire someone from the Phillipines its best to find a Filipino website to hire from such as www.Onlinejobs.ph vs someplace like Odesk....cheaper labor that way....You would have to do some testing to know how much you can make for your assisntant's work all month long.

Now that you have got the basic skills that you need to provide services to people, Graduate to Fiverr.com and start offering your own services to people for $5 a pop....use your creativity and study Fiverr gigs that have done well to learn how to construct your gig. There is unlimited opportunity here.

Hope this helps you guys who are the newest of the newbies to get your feet wet and learn some basics skills for IM. This is not a stopping point....just a learn while you earn method. Use your creativity and you can earn and scale by twisting many of the things you have learned from these microworkers tasks and sites.

Sounds easy in principle, but selling services on Fiverr etc is not easy for newbies . And many Filipino workers tend to take it very easy when you hire them full time .. they demand money in advance and some of them would disappear or block you when you send them money.

All these methods are old and not working.
For example if you try CPA + Microwrokers, you will get banned, as the network won't allow incentive offers.
Right?
Anybody want to add some more LIGHT on this?

Did you read what I said? Beware though some CPA networks may not like this as it is known as "incentivizing" and only allowed on certain offers....

The offer has to allow incentivizing....

Fiverr doesn't work anymore? Outsourcing fiverr gigs to crowdsourcing sites won't work? Outsourcing microtask work to an assistant from another country wont work?? C'mon bro...the opportunity is limited only by your lack of creativity.

Fiverr, there are thousands of competitors waiting for there chance.
Out of 100 there is 1% of chance of getting orders for new users.

Guys know your audience....this post is meant for the ABSOLUTE NEWEST user...not the veteran, not the skilled IMer. Obvious stuff to us is treasure to the person just getting started.

I am the ultra newbie and these sites are not working so great for me. I joined a few of them and a lot of them have a $50 minimum before you can cash out. With jobs that pay $0.12 it's going to take a while to get $50. I have been on fiverr for a few months now and it's hard getting people to find you and buy your gig. I have gotten lucky with the 14 people that have bought my gigs. If you think about it 14 people in the span of 2 months isn't so great. I have better luck on odesk then I do on fiverr. I am starting to pull my gigs on fiverr because I keep getting shady people and I am not willing to do unverified things anymore. I think I am ready for the next step in this and not really sure where to go.

Hey buddy why don't you check out one of the other sites I listed...I think I few of them have low thresholds of withdraw....also try cherry picking some of the higher paying tasks vs 12 cent task which will take you a long time to many any money....using the sites above my wife was able to make a good chunk of spending money for her using these when she was pregnant and not working ;-0

Best newbie friendly guide.feels like making money online is a walk in the park.

It's hard work but it is simple and most of the tasks are straightforward. Learn while you earn vs learn before you earn avd we all remember how important those first dollars and successes are to sticking to it long term in IM.

Trying to find out for which of these sites OP is trying to drive traffic...hmm...

Its not about outsourcing these tasks on these sites, its about manipulating the users in order to gain tasks cheaper, so you resell them higher later. I wouldn't go as far as hiring anyone from these sites for Amazon reviews and products, but you can get away with them completing small tasks on your social page, or comments / reviews, even up to the point where you can train them to scrape content for you, organize it, and then present it to you in a simplistic order. (I'm thinking it can be done on a large scale, but maybe a bot is better for this?)

Glad someone is finally thinking outside the box instead of saying it can't be done!

For the brand newest person doing the tasks themselves is all they need to do....avd that is very simple and easy to do..

Scsling it is not for the newbie...but once he learns the ropes. The math isn't that hard to figure out..I have friends who are Filipino who work for about $200 a month. Lets say a person on average can fill out 3 surveys an hour which I think is lowball.....but let's say it's the average. Each survey lets say pays on average $1

8 hours a day 5 days a week. 160 hours a month

480 surveys ($480) - $200 employee pay = $280 profit a month per assistant

These are all lowball numbers...so it CAN be done.....it's not rocket science folks....

For your info I ien none of these sites nor hold an interest in these sites.

I dont care care if any thanks are given....avd where are you getting multiple phone numbers and accounts and all that garbage from??

i guarantee you you can find enough tasks to have 1 acct on each of those sites above plus the dozens if not hundreds of other sites listed on the directory of crowdsourcing.org to keep an employee busy for MONTHS.

Everybody is getting hung up on the scaling it part and missing the part where brand new folks can do the tasks and make some dough....

Sounds great in theory, till you realize that there aren't that many different surveys available and that surveys often require a little bit of personal information to make sure you get paid out. Think of phone numbers, date of birth, social security number, perhaps even creditcard, you really think CPA companies are that stupid?

Oh come on!

Definitely a post made to increase thanks count, nothing more nothing less.

$200/mo is absurd low, even in the Phillipines, people with a decent internet connection and PC/Laptop don't work at that rates, yes perhaps in a 7/11 but not on the internet.

Your whole concept shakes from every side, no idea why you even bother to post such nonsense.

Woohoo, after searching and searching you can enslave a Phillipine and profit $500 in 3 months time, WOW, keep sharing your great methods!

Thought you said you wanted them to fill in CPA like surveys that require personal details to get paid.

A method that can't be scaled isn't a method to make money, it's just a waste of time that could be used much better to build something that is sustainable, this just keeps noobs stupid.

The sad part is, is that these sites are already having big brand name ublishers enslaving them for cheaper labor than what I would pay them (and it is pofitable for these sites to, else they'd be closed right now).
