Hey guys,
IMHO this method(if you want to call it that) is where every Newbie should start before they go out anywhere else within IM industry. This method is so simple and so easy to do that anybody regardless of their background can do it and also at the same time you will learn valuable skills that you will need to be able to go on to bigger and better things within IM.
This is the Wax on, Wax off of the IM world that teaches you the skills you will need in the future VS trying to learn EVERYTHING before you ever start applying it and being hopelessly lost. This method has probably been shared in some capacity before but I am going to give you the resources I gave my wife when she was out of work to make a little extra side cash for spending money and also a few twists on it you can use to scale this and make more than $15/day.
This is brainless monkey work....so don't overcomplicate it. I am going to give you ALL THE RESOURCES you need to do this.
This method (if you want to call it that) utilizes Crowdsourcing....IE instead of hiring someone full time to do work everyday on Larger Projects, you hire someone to do a small simple task for a small sum of money...
Examples of Tasks might include:
-Research - Like finding a competitor site, research the airfares & give the cheapest, research website related to some topics etc
-Data Entry - Entering some info, copy & paste jobs, extract text from images etc
-Writing - Writing a review, comment, short article, proofreading etc.
-Design - Logo design, banner design, header design etc
-Signup on some website & activate your account
-Download something from some website
-Completing a survey
-Posting on forum
-Follow someone on twitter
-Rate a YouTube video
-Create a Gmail account
-Signup on some website
-Upload a photo on some website etc. etc.
These sites that do crowdsourcing are like what Fiverr is to Odesk.....Small bite size tasks of what a full time worker/assistant might do....
Here are the sites you want to sign up on: Some have their pro's and cons over others....I think after a period of time you will find the ones you prefer to use over the others.
-Amazon Mechanical Turk: https://www.mturk.com/mturk/welcome -This is the big daddy of crowdsourcing....the pay per task tends to lower...but the abundance of tasks makes it worth it to cherrypick the best ones.
-Microworkers: https://microworkers.com - This is probably the second biggest site out there in this industry. Everyone with a little bit of knowledge can do the tasks. Most of the tasks are based around site promotion
-ShortTask: http://shorttask.com - This is probably number 3 bigeest crowdsourcing site. Decent payouts vs the Microworkers and Mechanical Turks.
- Clickworker: http://www.clickworker.com/en - On par size wise with Short Task and there is always a ton of tasks to choose from.
-RapidWorkers- http://rapidworkers.com - Good payouts on stuff and although the minimum payout is $4 I think, you can withdraw it near instantly via Paypal which is a plus.
-Clixsense: http://www.clixsense.com - They have a little bit of everything here....microtasks, surveys, contests etc. The payouts for survey's are good but they can be tedious.
Crowdsource: http://www.crowdsource.com - This is a little different from the others in that they are hired by big name brands to do microtasks...and there is more training and testing done before you can do a task, but the payout is good.
JobBoy:http://www.jobboy.com - Good site, average payouts...
***Here is a HUGE resource list below...there is a wealth of information and resources below...from other smaller crowdsourcing sites, to Crowd creativity that you can use for graphic design work and business ideas and copywriting resources....please note this site had their banner ads in a funky place and when you want to see more info about a company you have to scroll down below the ads***

Like I said most of the tasks on these sites above are monkey tasks (tasks a monkey could do)...but they are simple and easy to make money with and get your feet wet in the IM skills you'll need for your journey into IM.
But wait there's more!
Add a little creativity to what you see and learn on these crowdsourcing sites and you can make a decent living doing them.
For example....you can hire somebody full time from the Philipines for dirt cheap (about $150 a month or so) and then assign them the tasks to do from these microworkers sites. Don'y send them to the sites themselves for instructions for obvious reasons. Also if you are going to hire someone from the Phillipines its best to find a Filipino website to hire from such as www.Onlinejobs.ph vs someplace like Odesk....cheaper labor that way....You would have to do some testing to know how much you can make for your assisntant's work all month long.
Now that you have got the basic skills that you need to provide services to people, Graduate to Fiverr.com and start offering your own services to people for $5 a pop....use your creativity and study Fiverr gigs that have done well to learn how to construct your gig. There is unlimited opportunity here.
Hope this helps you guys who are the newest of the newbies to get your feet wet and learn some basics skills for IM. This is not a stopping point....just a learn while you earn method. Use your creativity and you can earn and scale by twisting many of the things you have learned from these microworkers tasks and sites.
