Why don't you do a research on your own and do the domain flipping yourself.

Or start by looking for buyers before getting the domain name.

You can get tools to sort domains by many parameters.

As Auxwritzau said, check out expireddomains. This free tool will give you lists of expired domains that you can pick and chose from. It's the wild west out there. I recommend doing your due dilligence on every domain before purchasing. There are lots of scams out there and lots of people fighting over the legit domains.
