[METHOD]My twist on Webdesign Method - Make +399€ with one Client

There are many methods for selling webdesign to online/offline clients, i make it with a twist offline and it`s works very well for me. It`s nothing new but i target customers with high income.

My english is not so strong and so I will make it short

I search online in 10-20 Cities websites of clubs and service providers for expensive hobbies like golf clubs, private fitness clubs, dance schools,tennis club, private kindergarten, flight schools and more ..
These are generally people with a high income and they spend more/easy money than "normal" clients.

Make a list and write down all of the old / bad websites ... I often find even some without website
Go to thmeforest and look for professional WP themes in your target nische like flight schools or Golf Club...you can "buy" the themes or find it here in member downloads.

For example you find 5 Golfclubs with old/bad websites....copy paste their content into your Golfclub theme(only homepage) and make a screenshoot. Repeat this step for all the other nisches in your list.

Write a short letter with your offer, make a envelope with your logo so that it looks more professional. Print the screenshot and put it into the envelope with your letter.

You need to work(research & preparation) approx 8-10 hours for 30-40 letters...I have sent 3 weeks ago 40 letters and got 2 clients and a other ones meet me this week for more details.
For the next month I have two students wich makes the research and preparation for me, so I can contact more clients and make more money with this method.
I charge a low price like 399,00? for each website and thats works well...you can make later other offers like SEO or Social Media Service to this new clients
I own a web agency and this is a good addition to my income with little work.

I wonder what is the twist here? I have seen an exact method and more detailed by a senior members. But, I'm not able to get it right now.

Thanks, there may well be other similar methods but I have not seen them, this is something I will try, with a twist

I wrote that it is not new but only with a little twist and sorry but many user can not read 24 hours a day through the forums
I do not sell any product or service or linking to my blog for traffic...I just hope that it can help one or the other .. nothing else

While I do see that you are trying to help people out I do not think what you describe is the most efficient use of time.

It may be a good method if you want to avoid cold prospecting over the phone but the truth is if you spent those 10 hours calling number after number you would get those 2 sales or more. And you'd get the sales immediately on the day or the following day etc.

You wouldn't need to wait a few weeks.

In either case, do not waste your efforts. For those who did not buy yet, you must absolutely call all of them and try to close them on the phone now. Do not waste all of the effort you've already put in.

I have quite a lot of experience with offline clients..
This twist was a try to get cleints with high-income with low-price websites wich they can buy and forget.
Maybe this need a little bit effort but you can easy find this "40-50 clients" in half of time and i think a webdesigner can use this as a good addition for income.
If you have a business with good income and target more Offline clients you don`t need get the clients immediately after the call in the next minute or in the next days...time is your friend..
I think everyone understood what i mean and what you can make with this twist

The only Thing I dont get is: Why do you choose "High Income Clients", and then only charge them 399 €?

(No Offense btw; Its just something that didnt really make sense to me.)

I made this try to see how it runs and 399€ is the half of the average Webdesign price in my country...of course i can charge more but as already said this was a try wich i planned as a additional income.
I have a good running business with online and offline clients but i try evertime to get more and learn more...

And i have done the research & preparation on the evenings with a beer or two and that's why it took so long

OP sorry if my post seems offensive or rude. Method itself is good and was posted in detail by one of the members, but you should have explained it more in details.

I don't see targeting big money holders as a twist, so even if you do you should have mentioned how you approach them in detail, since following this exact method can result positively with any type of clients, unless they really need a website.

Good method here, but yes, I would charge more, and in return give them a more complete service. Make it 'look' really professional.
