You're still stealing articles from other website, so it's a violation of adsense ToS, but I don't think they'll do anything unless original author complains about it.

i am stealing articles and before 2 months a affiliate network which i am member without sales ...they called me and told me ...that i had steal an article (
beautiful beaches and how to visit them ) that had affiliate links from another affiliate member and that links had 50euro revenue
also some articles has internal backlink on their site ..so i am sending them traffic thats why i believe that nobody complains about it for 2.5 years now

it has not a name ...it is custom local platform ...and i dont sell this
