[Method] My method how i found High keywords traffic

sorry for my english it is not my primary language

i want share this method i use it from 2007 and it is work for me
it help me to find what people search for .. i take many thing from BHW and time now to share something small

this method work with different sites scripts but i use it with vbulletin forum

it work her in BHW

if my niche keyword about black hat seo for example

1- go to google
2- black hat seo "vbulletin"
3- i enter to forum
and add this in address bar

example
http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/f28-black-hat-seo/?daysprune=-1&order=desc&sort=views

this will show you the most view thread and you will know what people realy search for

after i use this method i got high traffic from google

Does this work better to divert actual human traffic to your site or does it work better for Google linking/SEO?

Yes all vistor receive from google
i Know the keywords on other forums that receive vistors from google and make it new post +backlinks

my site rank in alexa now 7000

Thank you for your share but my question needed to be more specific: When you post on these forums, I presume your post links human traffic from these forums directly back to your site. I also presume your post also provides your sites valuable SEO link juice.

So my question is restated like this: Is this human traffic directly from the forum most valuable to your site, or is the eventual Google SEO juice (and higher SERP rankings for your site) from your forum posts links most valuable?

but i found the keywords
and make it a post on my forum then some backlink for the post
and i rank that all

just to make sure i understand this correctly,

once you have found the most searched posts, you add content to the post and in your your link that would be attached as your signature?
