Running FB ads in 2025?
The real challenge isn’t just finding a product or writing good copy —
It’s getting your campaign to spend without dying after 3 days.
I went through dozens of failed launches before figuring out a simple, stable framework that now helps me launch campaigns that:
Here’s my 5-step method I use every week.
Your ad won’t save you if the system it’s running on is weak.
Use a trust-worthy ad account (not freshly made)
Page with history + verified domain
Payment method added 24h before launch
Pixel connected correctly to BM
Don’t go straight for conversions. I usually:
This signals to Meta: “Hey, I’m not here to scam you.”
No testing 20 creatives in one shot. That’s a red flag.
If you edit ads during learning phase = self-sabotage.
Only kill ad sets after 48–72h with clear data.
That used to kill my campaigns instantly.
Now I scale like a surgeon, not a gambler.
Hope this helps someone tired of running in circles.

Ads are chess, not roulette.
No links, no sales, just structure that works. Mods can move if needed.
The real challenge isn’t just finding a product or writing good copy —
It’s getting your campaign to spend without dying after 3 days.
I went through dozens of failed launches before figuring out a simple, stable framework that now helps me launch campaigns that:
- Spend right away
- Optimize faster
- Can scale 2–3X without drama
Here’s my 5-step method I use every week.
Step 1: Set Up the Right Infrastructure
Your ad won’t save you if the system it’s running on is weak.
Step 2: Warm Without Spending
Don’t go straight for conversions. I usually:
- Boost a page post for 2–3 days
- Run PPE or Video View at low spend
- Let page and pixel start cooking data
This signals to Meta: “Hey, I’m not here to scam you.”
Step 3: Launch With Clean Targeting
- ABO, not CBO at first
- 3–5 ad sets, $20–$50 each
- Use broad interest or open targeting
- 2 creatives x 1 copy per ad set
No testing 20 creatives in one shot. That’s a red flag.
Step 4: Don’t Touch for 48 Hours
If you edit ads during learning phase = self-sabotage.
Watch. Wait. Then decide.
Only kill ad sets after 48–72h with clear data.
Step 5: Scale Linearly, Not Aggressively
- Increase budget 20–30%/day
- Or duplicate winning ad set to new budget
- Don’t jump from $100 → $1,000 in 24h
That used to kill my campaigns instantly.
Now I scale like a surgeon, not a gambler.
Hope this helps someone tired of running in circles.
