Most of the people on YLH have fake twitter accounts for getting more points I don't think this method will be beneficial ?

Oh I haven't thought of that,most of the bots that I have used mostly use just google+ and website hits

Did it, not even a single click. This is because 99% of those accounts on YLH are fake.
