What you need:
Hosting.
domain (preferred).
Content Locker of some sort, Content Locker Pro is recommended.
CPA Account.
Twitter Accounts.
This is Blackhat, a very old method but as they say old is gold and this DOES work.
Method
What we are going to be doing is linking people directly from twitter to your landing page via there search tool/reply.
For this example I will be using a celebrity, Kanye West.
What you need to do is set-up a simple landing page with nothing else on it but a picture of the YouTube player like seen below.
Have a picture of Kanye West inside the player (blurred) with the YouTube 'Play' button over the top.
Thats all you should have on your page, nothing else but a white background and the 'YouTube Player'.
In turn when your traffic click on the 'Video' your Content Locker is going to pop up with a message like "Complete One Offer to Unlock the Video"
Traffic
Kanye West is very popular and gets tweeted about none stop, a great semi-targetted source.
What we are going to be doing is replying to all these tweets with reply such as "Look what Kanye is doing in this video! - Landing page"
I recommend using unverified accounts, and they will get banned after X amount of replies.
Twitter Traffic is not allowed on most CPA offers, bear this in mind.
Used to be able to automate this with TweetAttacks, not sure if there is anything similar nowadays.
