Ehehe, making money isn't *that* easy. You can't just put together some piece of crap amalgamation make money online product, sell it for $70 and get some crap ptc traffic.
I'd bet good money the OP is the owner of neobux. Think about it.. If you owned neobux and wanted to increase your profit what would you do? I would hit up all the big forums with neobux methods that encourage people to spend.
Not only that, but I would make sure those methods were SUPER easy. So easy that ANYONE can do. Notice how he says

That should give you a little insight into what's on his mind. People find it hard to hide their real focus when writing something and you can always see evidence of their true motives.
The key words here are
"somehow" -- A normal person wouldn't write this. The owner of the site badly wants you to buy traffic from his site, so this is an important point in his mind which is why he says 'somehow'.
He then builds on that by saying "whatever means necessary". lol. Again, a normal person sharing a method's motives would be providing a little bit of info to the community. Someone sharing for genuine reasons could give 2 shits if you actually implement or not, they're too busy. They certainly won't tell you to spend $70 by 'whatever means necessary', ahahaha.
Exaggerated earnings claims go hand in hand with this. He wants people to do anything to get the money because well, they can make almost $3k/week so they'll make it back in 1 day!
