What about GPT4 costs. They are not cheap if the idea is to create several sites with hundreds / thousands of articles. Also, shouldn't we run the articles generated on a AI content detector, as some says google doesn't rank AI content very well. Google says the opposite officially, but I have my doubts about it.

It’s more expensive than the other models of course. Whether it’s worth it or not depends on your specific use case. If you think it’s not worth it, Da Vinci 3 is pretty good.

I think the AI content detectors are a total waste of time. You can use one if you like but I don’t see the point.

With all the updates happening almost every month, it’s hard to know what Google is targeting with each update.

Yes, a lot of AI sites got hit. But a lot of sites with human content got hit too.

When people try to guess what was targeted in the algo update, they come up with all sorts of ideas. The truth is, nobody knows and everyone is just guessing.

If you want to create content at scale, AI is a very good option unless you have the money to order thousands of articles a month.

AI content may get hit at some point. But I don’t consider my AI sites to be long term anyway. When they get hit, I’ll get rid of them. It’s not a big deal. They cost almost no time and money to set up.

Once you have the traffic, you can do whatever you like with it. Ads, affiliate, lead gen, e-books, courses, email lists, and hundreds of other things.

first: nice post! Really appreciated!
I'm totally new to python: would you mind telling me how long it will usually take for a script to be executed if my csv has let's say 500 columns.
I super uncertain if i have done everything right, just because it seems that nothing happens.

hard to say, depends on many factors such as model, time of day etc... but 500 will take a very long time regardless, it might take more than 24hrs

Do you mean 500 rows?

It depends on your prompt. But it shouldn’t take more than a few hours.

Try running the script on a CSV with 5-10 rows to check the output. That way you’ll know whether it’s working.

AI Content is already targeted. All your AI articles will get indexed and then will be slowly deindexed after a month or so.

AI content is good for volume. As soon you get traffic on an AI article, you need to get it rewritten by a human or be at risk to get it deindexed.
I can show you GSC with sites that had 1k to 10k pages indexed that got slowly deindexed, don't fall for the hype "AI websites are easy peasy"

I don’t know about the de-indexing but I’ve said multiple times that I get the ranking articles rewritten.

I think that’s the best way to go about it. See what ranks easily and have it rewritten to satisfy the search intent.

AI articles is good to test a niche/PAA/whatever, but not the secret sauce for free money like a lot of people think here
 
Any good wp theme recommendations? I notice Discy Theme looks pretty good for it but can't get a hold of one. Any recommended plugins for the front-end of the site?

I don't really think about the theme that much. I use free themes like GeneratePress or the default WP theme. As long as the theme loads fast and the text is clear and easy to read, it doesn't really matter.
