This is very good idea, to split off a broad type of traffic into small, targeted groups.

I would like to ask you two questions:

Does it work with US traffic only? Yeah, i know i can use your app on any language (as long as visitors know English) but the point here is how to monetize non US/UK traffic.

Can you make your application to work on wordpress blog? There are plenty of blogs all aroung with general type of traffic, so if you can code a plugin I am sure lots of guys will buy it. This is a very good method on how to split gereral traffic into targered groups indeed.
