Possible twists:
- In the email which you send out to the list, include another CPA offer - that way, if they take up the offer, you earn, or if they unsubscribe then you earn.
- If you only send one email, most people will just delete it rather than unsubscribing. Send one per day for a couple of weeks to the same list and you should see better results, as people will get p*ssed off and want to unsubscribe
