Alright, welcome to the Quiz Machine. In this guide, I’m spilling my quiz-site secrets, every strategy you need to make this a cash-pumping machine. I currently run over two dozen quiz sites and make between 4 and 5 figures a month.

Step 1: Pick Your Niche
We’re looking for fans – not just any fans, but the kind who live and breathe this stuff and are willing to spend. And they’ve got to love quizzes.
Think movies, sports, music, big entertainment topics.
But here’s where people miss the mark: niche down.
No, we’re not talking general NFL or Premier League. Go deep – make it a Jets quiz or a Manchester United quiz.
That’s where the magic is.
You’re building a targeted machine that speaks directly to a fanbase. They’re going to eat it up.
Step 2: Build the Stack
Here’s the heart of this machine: The Stack. This is your goldmine of questions, organized, logical, and deep.
Example: Manchester United
• You’re not just asking random Man Utd questions. Go by year: 2023, 2022, 2021. Add transfers, trophies, managers, legendary players. Build it out.
Creating the stack is the heavy lifting, but AI makes it faster than ever.
Just ask your AI chatbot for quiz rounds on your topic, then have it generate questions for each round.
You want multiple-choice questions? Done. Ask for four answers – AI’s got you.
Step 3: Zero Cost Launch
Got no money? Perfect. Let’s make this thing run lean and mean.
1. Canva Pro Trial – Hop on Canva and use that free trial. You’ll need the bulk upload tool here. Why? To create a ton of shorts, like a production line. Don’t do it yet though. There are videos on YouTube showing how to do this. These go on to YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok but not before….
2. Quiz Book Cover – Use Canva again.
Grab the book cover template and turn your stack into a quiz book – let’s say “Man Utd Quiz Book.”
Publish it on KDP as both an ebook and paperback.
You’ve already got the questions and rounds; just format them into a logical flow. Multiple choice? Or remove choices and add answer pages at the end.
Get posting – Those shorts you are going to make we are going to turn into secret adverts.
Here’s how:
• Show the question: “What’s the full name of Captain Marvel?”
• Follow with: “This quiz is sponsored by [Your Quiz Book Title]” then the answer.
Or run a question-answer format with a quick sponsor mention. Link to your Amazon page in the first comment. Every view turns into free promo. Hit it hard and maximize exposure.
Pro Tip have the answer flash up briefly to encourage re watching.
Now we have a nice little machine here but let’s expand it.

Think bigger than shorts – turn that stack into a full-blown YouTube channel dedicated to your topic. Make playlists: “Man Utd in the ‘80s,” “Man Utd in the ‘90s.”
Each video, another chance to promote your book.
Extra Income Stream
1. Pub Quiz Sheets – Turn your questions into printable pub quiz sheets. Sell these as digital downloads on Etsy.
Drop a link in your YouTube video description – boom, another income stream.
Bonus Method Outside of YouTube
Add Audio – Use text-to-speech (or record your own voice) to make the videos more engaging. Then, convert that audio into a podcast. Include this “quiz is sponsored by…” and leave a link.
Post it everywhere for free – expand your reach.
You’re now running a complete, no-cost quiz machine – a funnel that can pull in cash from every angle.
