People don't do that themselves because they are afraid of filling out some forms or simply because they are lazy to search in depth about this subject and think that it's way more complex than it is in reality. I thought legal considerations as in, will my name be left on a paper trail that I created a company for someone who may potentially break the law with said company and I'll be mentioned in the whole process?
