[METHOD] Make $50+ a day with domain parking

big thumbs up for you.Till now nobody shared their knowledge about domain parking but you shared here.I was confused about it,now i am really interested to read your post and want to try it .there is lot of scope in it

Interesting method I would think you could definitely o some other things with this thanks tsmash

Clever way to get type in traffic. My sedo account just got banned, because an expired domain I bought was making about $5/day w/ sedo. I don't really know why it was banned, other than they said "advertisers didn't like the traffic" -- so I moved all my domains to afternic, and after 2 weeks, they banned the domain. At least this time they didn't delete my account. When I asked why, they gave me same response...advertisers didn't like the traffic.

I would definitely be warned that sedo could very easily ban your account. I wasn't doing anything wrong, but they thought there was fraud.

Hi, I hope this helps, I had a similar thing happen to me.Many times the dropped names you buy are names that have been burned out by someone who has parked them (and sent some kind of shitty traffic to) and they are banned by google or banned by another feed provider. For this reason, I am not a huge fan of buying expired domains for parking.I suggest just buy new domains and avoid buying someone's problem.Maybe your domain was still on some kind of a list with someone sending bad traffic, was the CTR high on the domain?Or were all of your hits from India or China?

There are several way that you can tell if a domains is banned or not, type in your domain (obviously make sure that your IP won't cause a conflict) if your domain is banned you will see a message saying this domain is not valid or you get no links or you get redirected to a open dns page. I made a software that regularly purges these kinds of domains from my portfolio.

Go Daddy parking is the worst company to park your domains with,IMHO.I tried them with and where I was making money with other accounts, I was finding a rev drop with GD.
I also agree with tsmash's post if you also have your names registered there do you really want to risk having a conflict with them?
For newbies, I would suggest starting with companies like bodis, namedrive, parking crew the parking place and voodoo. It is a good idea to have more than just one account of course. That way you can see what domains will give you better revenue in your accounts. All very basic stuff.Sometimes I switch up domains to keep my ppc high.

hey guys!
a few days ago i started to take action on this method but wanted to try it out with only one domain and scale it if i see results.
i posted watermarked pictures on pinterest and tumblr(both new accounts) but i didnt get even impressions on my parked domain.
is it possible that i first need to get a solid followerbase before i see some progress with those two picture sharing sides (prolly stupid question but i've never been into picsharing)?

So will I be able to test this out by registering a domain thru namecheap.com? Is it OK to buy this domain under the same account that I have all my domains registered that are not parked and making me money? Or should I open up another namecheap account just for this method (and if I see success then register more domains under this account for this method)?

So in order to park a domain I would just go to my namecheap account, search for domain availability, then leave the nameservers as is, and then checkout? Do I need to change any settings in namecheap to make the domain parked or does this happen when I setup a account with the domain parking company i.e. SEDO and I setup the parked domain there using the url I registered with namecheap?

At the moment, I am just seeing how my domains act while parked, and at the moment, they are not getting much action. And yes, this might be because it's with GoDaddy, so I will consider the change to some other parking companies as you guys suggested.

I am just trying to get some natural flow to my parked domains so I can see they are active. Once I see that, I will start to do the watermarking part of this method, and see how that goes.

I have two domain and I just posted pictures to Tumblr. I'll let your know how it goes! Thanks!

You probably aren't going to make any money from tumblr unless you have a very large follower base and the photo/domain is related to your blogs niche.

@Tsmash, I had a thought. At the moment, I am not getting great impressions to the "dummy domains", so what if I sent them all traffic via this watermarking way, and just have the one that I think has the most promise being sent more than the others. Would that work?

Naturally I don't want to send too much traffic to all the sites, so hopefully someone on here can tell me what is the normal rate of traffic for parked sites? I know this number can vary, but for this method discussed, what would be the "norm"? If I knew this, I would constantly monitor my sites to see if they are within this band.

Thanks.

hey guys!
well, after testing this out for some days but without really putting a lot of effort in it, i got 7 views and 2 clicks on my one and only parked and with 3 watermarked pics (1 on tumblr and 2 on pinterest, both with new accounts without followers) promoted domain, which shows, that this is easily scaleable and may get really profitable if you start parking 25< domains and have some pinterest accounts with (targeted) followers.
there is just one thing: these 7 views and 2 clicks made me only 0,40$.... any ideas while tsmashs average epc is roughly 1$ and mine is 0,20$?

It's most likely the keywords your niche is in. Some niches pay higher than others. OP maybe picked a great CPC niche.

any chance to check the cpc for keywords with sedo? or are these google ads on the parked domains -> check cpc with google adwords keyword tool?

Do you register .com or .info domains? While .coms look better anyday, 50 .coms would add up to a lot!

I don't see anyone believing that dozens of people a day are typing in backhatworld.info on accident.

well, after testing this method for about two weeks, i gotta admit this is nothing for me...
i never said it isn't possible to bank good with it, but somehow i only find niches with a cpc of about 0.15-0.20...
but i bet if you find the right niche, 50$+ a day won't be hard!
