Why is there not a rate on Kitchen/Home products?
Cause they fall under category= Others. But what about electronic kitchen clock, will it be "others" or "electonics"

I dunno about kitchen clock either, I just go to the product page and look what it falls under... It seems like most of the clocks are under the home category and not electronics.

I guess that niche has a mixed rate then
I'm seeing a lot of sites without a "disclaimer" section or an "about me" section.
Should I keep the disclaimer as a little link in the footer, instead of in the header?
Also, I don't like the idea of a persona. How necessary is it? Should I say that I actually physically review the products in the about me? Can I refer to it my site as "we", as in were a company?
Lastly, any good free theme recommendations?

I created a persona, but I never said I reviewed them physically. I just explain what's good about the product based on the features and inspiration from customer reviews

Yes, you should put disclaimer link in footer. I made a mistake and placed it in top menu, and soon realized my disclaimer ranks better for main kw then my pillar article
Persona is not necessary, it helps keeping your site personalized, which is supposed to help selling products you promote.
Regarding theme, do not use free ones, get premium themes from download section here.

Do you guys have any similar website competition on googles front page? Next niche i found i could do has multiple amazon affiliate review sites (structured exactly like this thread teaches) on first page when googling "best niche". Should i not worry about this?

It's extremely hard to find a niche without other amazon aff website. You could try to analyze the competition (tutorials on youtube or here on BHW) or just go for it. My niche also has 2 or 3 websites amazon affiliate review site like mine, and some huge websites like expertreviews, cnet..

Unless your niche ius something like "blue goats who fly fighter jets in angola against red chickens to win chocolate eggs" then your probably going to run into many affiliate sites as competition. (Funny enough that search returns 1,570 results).

Having competitors with affiliates sites is an amazing sign. Shows that you're able to rank for the keywords.
If it's only huge sites like toptenreviews, wirecutter or Wikipedia, you'll have a tough time.

I think, creating a table with summary of your products' specs, pros, cons, etc... would really be helpful as well. You can add something like a link in the mid part of your review that will jump in to that table (for your lazy readers who do not want to read all your content for each product reviews). With a small thumbnail of your product - where your affiliate link is embedded. I've seen it this technique in lots of affiliate sites, and looks like its effective.

Meathead recommends to create them as blog posts and link to them from the pillar article.
So if I'm promoting food, I'd have a structure like this:
Drinks -> Soda -> List of soda types (where each of these are a link to a blog post) ?

Yeah a pillar article that talks about different kinds of drinks, tell you how to choose the perfect Soda for you and then links to an article about the top 10 Soda types
Well, I'm making individual reviews for a lot of products. How do you suggest listing that?

Well thats my own advice now and I am by no means an expert but you could mention some of them inside the pillar article as "above the fold"-products and also create smaller sub-articles that mention the other products like you already said: drink -> soda-> products
