Random notes based on this:
A) You might be doing something EXTREMELY wrong with your site, that causes it to not be indexed.
B) 1K words is not a pillar article. Think 2,5-3,5K
C) You might be underestimating the competition heavily
D) 4% keyword density is SEVERE over optimization. Keep it between 1-2% max. Analyze your competitors keyword densities and you'll see.
A) well I never had this problem, everything in the site is indexed besides the homepage + my post (where the articles are) only the about me, contact us, privacy policy and all that are indexed.
B) I'll try to increase a bit the word count but I'm terrible at writting articles never have any ideas so it was hard enough for me to write 1k haha.
C) I'm pretty sure the competitive is low-low medium, no way I'd not be in top 300, I should easily get to top 50 just by onsite SEO.
D) By 4% keyword density I meant like think about this keyword as an example "motherboard for i5 4460" the word "motherboard" is way more commonly used in my article so it has 4% density but it's not the one I'm targetting, the actual keyword "motherboard for i5 4460" would have 0.8-1% density.
