This is from their license terms:

"For clarity, End Products where skill and effort have been applied to incorporate the Item into a larger design (such as with text and other graphics/images) or used as product packaging are not considered merchandising and are allowed.

For example you can’t print an image out as a poster and sell copies of that poster, as the primary value of the poster is from the image itself. However, you can print an image as a book cover and sell copies of that book, as the primary value of the book is from the writing/contents of the book and not the image itself."

Yes, you can do this, I take designs I get from a vector website as well and then I take them to Illustrator or Photoshop and change up stuff a bit and add my own touch sometimes. Then I'm able to upload, currently I only have 14 designs but I haven't ran into any issues

Not as yet, I just have 14 designs uploaded last month. I have been getting some traffic though, I'm sure if I keep uploading I will be able to get some sales. I will continue whenever I have some free time. I want to make it a passive income stream of at least $500 per month so I'll keep going.
