Hey Everybody, before I get started on this method, there are some people that just HAVE to be give honorary mentions: 1. Dj Co2: My best friend and fellow BHW'er, his friendship is the greatest profit I made off this forum. Dj Co2 double and triple checked all possible things that could have gone wrong with this method. He's a master contingency planner. 2. Taktical: His $15,000 Offline method thread is the inspiration that we drew on to get this method off the ground. We also borrow from him a bit at the end. We're still not quite at $15,000/mo Tac, but we're getting there! Breakdown of this method: Basically we call/email potential clientele which we scrape from Online Editions of rural newspapers all over the world and offer them Local SEO and ORM. The more far-flung the better, as these folks generally have no idea what ORM is, and yet, are obviously concerned enough about their reputation that they spent money on a (more often than not) fruitless and obscure newspaper Ad. Without further ado, here's what you're gonna do: Step 1: Using Scrapebox, scrape Last 24 Hour/ Last Week/ Last Month (Whatever works for you) results with the Footprint: Code: "Classifieds" and the Footprint: Code: "Classfieds" filetype:pdf in Scrapebox or any other SERP Scraper[TIP] For local business targeting you can use a Footprint of: Code: "Classifieds +Location" or, you could scrape from the local G domain, such as .com.uk or such. Step 2: Put all of these PDF files URLs in a Download manager such as JDownloader=> Download Step 3: MERGE all of those PDFS into ONE BIG PDF using Adobe Acrobat Step 4: Save the PDF file as a Text file in Acrobat Step 5: Extract webpages from this PDF using a Regex program==>Save this as a text file[TIP] Some examples include FOCA, bareGrep, BestSEOSuite's Link Extractor and this: Code: http://wareseeker.com/Email-Tools/gurus-URL-Grabber-1.0.zip/8038104 Step 6: Bulk-check the Alexa ranking for these webpages Step 7: Go back to your Bulk PDF document and find the webpages with low Alexa ranking with Ctrl+f==> Gather these prospect's contact information[TIP] We use a Google Docs Spreadsheet to coordinate everything. Categories include things such as "Prospect Name" (If it's a family business or such) and "Phone Number", "Fax", etc. Step 8: Send emails/call these clients using the resources from the Offline Section of the forum. You could use Tacktical's $15,000 thread for example, for things like the sales letter, the commission agreement, etc. (We do. Thanks Tac!) [TIP] Get an International Skype Account if you're going to be calling. Include an image of the Ad in your report if you're going to be emailing. [TIP] Setup an authority business website with information on what it is you do to point your clients to in your emails or phone calls. [TIP] If you've got the time and money to spread out, try getting in touch with local community teens and asking them to scan their Local Community Classifieds for you. This opens up a host of exclusive markets you know no one else has touched (pretty much). [TIP] If you're scared of calling the clients yourself, outsource the work to an experienced telemarketer on oDesk or Freelance, whatever.
