Got gifted a big box of Burrata and Bucatini pasta from a friend. (Early Christmas present)

Made the sexiest pasta ever made in India.

Found a YouTube video, except the lady in the video spoke a lot while cooking (not complaining, but right now needed just the recipe)

Plopped it into NotebookLM.

1. Asked it to generate a detailed list of ingredients
2. Checked what I didn't have and ordered it on Blinkit
3. Got it delivered in like 9 minutes
4. Next asked NotebookLM to generate seperate instructions for every component - the pasta, the sauce, the final presentation, the garlic oil topping
5. Prepped the pasta, made the sauce and garlic oil as per instructions (you gotta really go at it to make whole cherry tomatoes pop with just the heat)
6. Topped with Burrata
7. Sprinked garlic oil, chilli flakes and fresh basil
8. Ate it like it was my last meal.
9. Fed a friend who's training to be a chef and he was impressed too.
