I designed the following theme in about 10-15 minutes using Elementor Pro, based on the layout template shared on Topic.
I love creating desired themes in such a short time using Elementor/Elementor Pro. Sometimes users talk about Elementor slowing down the site, but this is a misunderstanding.
The site always slows down as long as the images are not optimized and "unnecessary" plugins are used on the site.
My advice to friends who want to design themes with Elementor is:
You don't need to use any extra plugins other than Elementor and Elementor Pro. Because you can do anything you want with Elementor Widgets. In this way, there will be no noticeable slowdown on your site, since there are at most 2 active plugins on your site.
It is very wrong of people who design their sites with Elementor to see Elementor as the culprit for slowness on their sites. Because when we check the sites of the people using this expression, you can see that nearly 10 unnecessary plugins are installed and the images are loaded without any optimization. (Search for Lazy Load and always opt for it!)

The design is made with a width of 1280px. Since the resolution of my own monitor is 2560x1440, don't be misled by the white space on the right and left sides of the image below.
