You’re looking at the perfect homepage layout design to funnel your homepage’s powerful link juice to those 9 featured blog posts. Those are going to be your top “money” blogs. They stay there for good and they benefit from all the authority of the root domain.
This is also great for maximizing the ROI of your HARO campaigns!
A consulting client of Steve Toth applied this, here were the results:
And this was a screenshot of Ahrefs after the client added his top blogs to his homepage:
The way he added the articles to his homepage was nothing special either:
You can do this in 10 minutes!

So head over to GA and look for your articles that have the highest conversion rate. Pick a bunch and add them to your homepage.

Don’t want them to be noticeable? Bury them in an accordion menu or stick them at the bottom where people are less likely to scroll.

That’s the quick and dirty way, you can of course also use a designer and developer to create something like the graphic at the beginning of the article.

One thing to keep in mind! This is going to work best if your homepage has a lot of links going into it. You can check your homepage’s links in Ahrefs by adding the domain, selecting “exact URL” and checking the backlinks that point directly to the homepage.
