There are a lot of people on Fiverr willing to give out flyers. You can try those.

Here is a template I made, It is a half page, has spaces for 9 offers and a title. I put a little bit about all the offers, generated a QR code for each one, and told people to either scan them or go to the main website I registered, which will have the same ads but they can click the links. I will be passing it out myself to test, but remember seeing services which offer flyer distribution for about $600 for 5000 flyers printed and delivered. I could probably find 2 or 3 businesses to pay a couple hundred bucks each to advertise on the same flyer, making my costs zero.
PS- Be sure to think out of the box people, you could put offers to anything-marked up fiverr services,your own web design offers, set up a referral system with your buddy who does auto repair and run it through a google voice number, etc.

How do you make a QR code anyway? I see them all over but I never knew how to make them.

I can't post links yet, but if you google "online qr code generator" you will find some sites that make them for free. You just copy and paste your url in the box and hit generate. Then either download it or hit print screen and paste it into gimp/photoshop.

You could even go real blackhat with this.
Buy a short 4 - 6 character domain (doesn't have to be a .com). May have to spend a few hundred for something, but as long as it's easy to remember, you're golden.
Buy 10,000 bumper stickers with the domain in HUGE black letters and a short sentence under it describing the site. For example;
WWW.WWUDO.NET
MEET LOCAL SINGLES - FREE TO JOIN
Take some late night jogs and slap one on every car you come across.
Instant mobile advertising.
Just don't get caught.

love this idea lol, people wouldnt notice bumper stickers for days maybe weeks. Only problem all the custom sticker sites im finding charge about 50 dollars per 100.. for 10,000 thats some serious change

I don't know about you but I'd be pissed if someone stuck a bumper sticker on my car. Don't those things not come off? Or are you just referring to a magnetic one or something?

Better be very careful with this idea. Technically I think you could be charged with vandalism if you just put flyers under the windshield wiper, so I would definitely imagine that if you stuck something permanently to someone's vehicle you could get charged with vandalism if you got caught. Interesting concept that would work, but tread carefully.

Yeah thats incredibly smart using your own domain on bumper stickers on peoples car. That is vandalism and if you do it enough you would get caught, Whereas I can't see how posting a flyer under a windshield wiper would be considered vandalism. Only if you broke something.

Hiphop........... You're a genius, .. I havent got this ready yet, But im a complete gangster when it comes to photoshop, (I have been pulled over with photoshoppd auto insurance multiple times) as well as any fraud, I can easily pull off. I guarantee I would get inSANE conversions with a few tweaks to this method, a long with what I've been doing already. You da man, I know this post is old but it came up on a search I did..

Regarding flyers, always keep in mind your target: if your website addresses to drivers you may want car owners to grab your leaflets as soon as possible. Then, as already said by OP, distribution should be done in the early hours of the morning. So to ensure drivers will notice your flyers when getting into their cars on their way to work.
Otherwise, you?d better aim at catching the attention of pedestrians, who will pass by your flyers in big numbers till owners take their cars away.
If strollers are your goal, just be aware of the non-selective nature of windscreen-ing, which is not the best method around in order to get to highly targeted population groups.
That?s why most of the campaigns I?ve run at my agency with help of flyers were addressed to broad segments of people (say, the youth ?or the elder?, males ?or females?, wealthy neighbours ?or middle class?...), which can be achieved by means of careful planning and scheduling of distribution routes.
Despite your best efforts, you can be sure that most of the leaflets will end up in wrong hands. Anyway, windscreen-ing is so cheap that, 9 times out of 10, figures will add up on spite of some wasted bullets.
