I have a few questions, please help me understand about content lockers. I have registered in a few cpa networks and still don't get how "email submit" offers work. Actually I don't see any email submit offers on my content locker banner, when I try to test it. I see a few links to some "short" surveys which even I didn't complete. So, what "email submit" offer are you talking about guys?

email submit only apear on the IP that you targeting, offers always rotate into another "short survey"..etc if you test it from different ip that there is no email submit offer on that region/niche/web history/etc.etc.. "there is a lot factor of it"

How much did you made by Adsense and how much with CPA? I would only use Adsense, CPA is takes too much expertise and effort in my opinion. And I fear it won't convert.
