I would suggest buying a domain as cheap as you can get it, hosting from a place with a deal, and then a social media bot. GSA only costs $49 on BlackHatWorld and you can use it on 3 separate machines. Investing in the things I just mentioned and following one of these methods still leaves you with at least $90 to invest in if you want.

Here is an excerpt from a thread created by another user. It has valuable information in it about limited paypal and banned ebay accounts.

-Make sure that you have Clean out cookies & temporary internet files.
-Change computer name & IP when you will login.
-Make sure that you NEVER go directly to ebay or PayPal to register a new account ... Browse the internet a while then search for an ebay or paypalbanner and click on it !
-Use email to register something like your name,last name , example: name John Smith > prefered email: johnsmith@gmail/hotmail/yahoo or other...
-Never open any emails sent to you from eBay or Paypal (Members or Auctions) regardless of what it says in the message title.If you need to check if you have any question about an auction item, check it only at eBay's site itself.If you click onto a link from one of these e-mails, they will catch you from the use of this hidden script.
-Only have ONE browser/tab open while opening these accounts.
-Add your Credit Card for verify your Paypal account ( Dont add your CC in registration page, you have to add your CC/BA after you created your account)
-Dont try to add your old CC or BA, also dont add name that was used before, and phone number & address must be diferent from you old account if you had one.

It is because I have not updated it in a few months. I have been very busy, but I will update it for Penguin 3.0 and new CPA methods that have surfaced.

So, It has been some time since I have updated this thread and I decided to give it a whirl. I have been seeing a good amount of new sign ups to the forum lately, and I have seen some developer questions. I would like to start out by saying that scraping is the most useful action I do. It has gathered my niches, it has gathered cities, states, names, emails, occupations, interests, and many other things to help me along my marketing journey. I am going to list several tools, languages, and give several links to help you a long your way as well:

iMacros is the simplest (in my mind) form of data extraction. Aside from manually doing it, learn this in one day (it is not a complicated scripting language), and you will never do it manually again. Here is a link you should read: http://wiki.imacros.net/Data_Extraction

NOTE: DO NOT under any circumstances try to scrape these forums with this.

Upon reading that you will discover that .csv is mentioned quite often. That is a Microsoft Excel document. Most people coming into this already know how to use the Microsoft suite, but if you do not, there are tutorials. These are the first two video tutorials for beginners on Microsoft Excel:

Here is another useful tip that will help you avoid being scolded at some point. Try to edit your posts if you think you left something out after you post it instead of posting multiples. I aim to help new comers whenever possible. Also, I changed my avatar from DJANGO to my current. I messed the DJANGO avatars frames, it clipped. Thank you though.
