From what I know, they allow hitleap traffic. PTP is a waste of time IMO, I have tried it in the past, the only way to make something "decent" is to have tons of referrals.

on magicfinds try and on google url shortener can see if 50 peoples clicked but on magicfinds just see if 3 peoples clicked.. so its totally shit...

Try putting setting it to 20 seconds on Hitleap.

I agree. Only way to earn anything that is somewhat decent you need to build referrals/accounts. Most if not all of these networks are a waste of time/energy unless you are on the other side of the table feeding this hype to people, those are the ones making a decent income with these sites.
