Without further introduction, here's how you can get 300-ish views (fake) in about 20 minutes for any of your videos, no matter how long and old.
Since I can't post any links or images, I assume that this post will be somewhat difficult to understand, so you can get the guide in PDF format (with pics and links) here (copy and paste in your browser):

In order to make my method work, you need to follow each and every step!
DISCLAIMER
This method exploits a YouTube bug and you must realize that by using my technique it is possible to get the video deleted or even your account banned, although this never happend to me.
Even though you can use my method for any number of your vids, form time to time, the view count might get stuck, but it will unfreeze by itself in a couple of days. This issue happens to almost any YouTube video receiving large amounts of views in short perids of time.
If you don't have it by now, you must download and instal Mozilla's browser, Firefox. You can find Firefox by doing a Google search for „download firefox".
Maybe the most important thing to get my method working is to ensure that you have Firefox version 7.0.1. You can check this from the top menu... /Help... /About Firefox...
The other thing that you'll need is ReloadEvery Firefox add-on. You can find it by doing a Google search for „ReloadEvery Firefox".
Follow the steps shown on the add-on's page to get it installed and remeber that you must restart Firefox to activate this add-on.
After you've started Firefox again, you can check if the add-on is installed properly by right clicking anywhere on any page to open the menu.
Now that you are all set, head over to YouTube, Sign in with your account and open your vids list by clicking „My Videos" link.
Determine for which one you want to increase views first and open it in a new tab by right clicking the video's title and selecting „Open Link in New Tab".
By now you should have two Firefox tabs open that must stay like this for the whole lenght of the process.
Switch to the video tab, right click anywhere to open the menu, select „Reload Every" and from the second menu go for „Custom" which will open the „Specify Reload Time" window. Here you can enter any value, but go for 2 seconds just to be safe.
Hit „OK" and you're done!
The video will reload by itself and YouTube will count each as a valid view.
After 20 mins or so, check back to your video right click to bring up the menu, select „Reload Every" and untick „Enable" to stop page refreshing. Go back to your YouTube account and see the results.
Like any workaround you must remember not to over do it. 300+ views in just 20 minutes might be too much and the view count might get stuck for a couple of days. Don't panic, as it will unfreeze. In the meantime use my method for your other videos.
