Usually you will get 4000 hours watch time with these many views, but if not then buy some more to complete it, but its unlikely to happen.

Apply for Monetization!
You are done

i highly doubt that it was caused by the views and watchtime packages


purchasing wrong views cannot get u banned from youtube.
then i can ban my competitors.
the reason must be something else.
