Set up a fake anonymous Apple ID using a VPN and disposable email, attach a masked debit card to it (with the any us address ), and get a verified account

A person can bank hard on this since the verification of Twitter blue is available for some country
Try the method and let me know if it works
And for those asking being in Twitter blue gives you the badge

It is not that easy, otherwise everyone would do it. For the Twitter blue tick, a user has to go through their (Twitter's) verification and approval process, which one of their (Twitter's) dedicated team handles. This verification and approval process is the main aspect and you've not mentioned even a word about it.

OK, someone has done it and in that someone's post that you've linked, no additional info is given about the verification & approval process. That someone has mentioned that he or she created a Twitter account impersonating a prominent figure. But, it also would have been submitted for verification and approval before getting a verified blue tick. So, in this matter, the verification and approval process is the main aspect. Period.

Some Twitter accounts just get the blue badge because they are the member of Twitter blue
How would you explain that just as the one in the screenshot
