[METHOD] How to get genuine backlinks from Wikipedia [EN]

Available to register "afoyonyarka.com" link from wikipedia. From the op link.

This method is pretty old but I am sure it is still relevant. The dead link list is pretty awesome. I had to do it manually before. Not only the link juice, but you might get some super targeted traffic too (I have tried this way back and had partial success) if things done right.

Why would there be link juice if it is a no follow?

Sorry you got me wrong. My point was that these links give you some super targeted visitors. I am not a seo guy, i can't tell you about link juice.

Does the quality of the page being linked from (i.e. the Wikipedia page) not matter? Just the ranking of the site as a whole?

You know, no-follow links isa total mystery. We can just guess how does google consider it. But people, who were doing that says it helps. In my opinion the main is relevance. Wiki page should be relevant to yours.

Warning for everybody who is trying to get link from wiki. They have robots that detect spam and they have a page with list of spammers. If your website is on that page you would probably get some bad results.
