It depends mate. I think Generally 5-10 minutes is enough time to create a Unique & Readable article with this method.

You can use Deepl instead of Google translate, more accurate.

Did you try the method without the translation part? I mean, why not just copy any text and fire it in Quill for rewriting. Won't it pass copyscape ?

Yes, It will. I just tried to keep it simple. You can collect content directly from any source & can re-write it, you can even collect content from any ebook, archived articles, magazines or even from youtube Transcript. There are so many options to choose from.

I am using this and it works quite well when comes to unique articles. However, till now I have limited this for Quora (one 1k words answer day).
 
I've been doing a variation of the method for years. The translation function gives you massive flexibility (tired of French articles? Switch to Spanish, or Italian, LOL), and much of the time doesn't require more than 5 minutes of manual editing to fix the English version. So I'd skip the re-write app step, and only use a grammar checker to find other errors.

For using translations for the money page, another consideration is to use the summarization function (or manual summarizing) in order to rewrite the content. Why not just find 6 or so foreign articles, translate to English, then summarize each paragraph with one re-written sentence? You'll end up with the best points from a half dozen articles, per each 600 words of (completely unique) content in English. You'll never run out of ideas about what to write again.
