[Method] How to earn a decent income from Flippa

This is a valuable thread. I have not used Flippa in the past and will live to give this a try. One question - where to find good website designers in the budget you mentioned.

I am one. I make 5 to 10 businesses per month with intent to sell.

This is the first method I've seen in here that clicked with me instantly (web designer). Thank you so much. I'm going to do research on flippa and how I can optimise before beginning!

Is $130 - $260 the standard pricing?

You are a web designer? If yes send me your portfolio im looking someone who can outsource my work of creating shopify stores. Need 10 stores a month.
Im paying you straight and you dont need to wait flippa escrow and you dont have listing or commission fees.

I used to write some content for a fella who makes sites and sells them on Flippa. He has a big catalogue of ready made automated niche sites, which he just switches up the colors/logos and sells again and again. He makes a living from it but I know after sales can be frustrating with newbie buyers who don't even know what a web host or a nameserver is... They just want to log in and make money :)

Thank You! I just had this thought a week ago and I see there is a guide for that on BHW! I am a web designer, I tried Fiverr but its saturated. Let me try out my luck here.

Actually this was a working method before 3 years. now the scenario has changed.

Most of the present Flippa listings are fake.

flippa is creating fake accounts and showing sold listing. Ya this is true. I have experience. I was an active flippa seller. Sold nearly 60 websites there. Then the niche blog/ service selling website market went down. And i left flippa

After years when i checked flippa, i saw some of my previous listings including domains are showing on 5 year old flippa sellers.Actually these were fake flippa seller accounts created by flippa itslef using Previously sold websites listings .

Why they are doing this?

Just to make New website Listing section active. by seeing this auction new sellers will create new listing like a bait.

I wish to know if anybody selling Fresh/new website still at flippa and make decent income. i dont think so. if anyone pls share their experience.

Wow thanks for sharing your experience. I just know that.

Flippa is where I earned most of my income before. Like 4 years ago. What I do is get a nulled php script of anything which looks good, and sell them on flippa. I made some $$$$ doing it in a couple of months. :) This is a bit blackhat but it worked before anyway. I used it as my capital for other IM ventures.

Yes it was working before. Anyone doing it now a days for start up sites?

Thanks a lot for sharing your experience. I found it very helpful

Before Flippa works very good for new websites but now is super dead... Have many fake auctions, winners and etc.. They change the design before 4-5 months and now sell only auctions with all futures and need to pay $100-$300 to start listening on the first page.

Definitely it is good money for tier 2, 3 country living people.

Back home 260 few years ago was medium salary weges.

Another powerfull trick it is to test some ads for weeks/ month. So if you have at least fair conversions with will help a lot.

And also as you said bonuses like : I teach you SEO , I will assist you 1 month , I explain how to grow your social media networks . People like this things.

Yes but sometimes they are a pain in the ass, since the expect you to do everything from them. I hate to deal with people that are a brain system lower than me.

I actually miss Flippa. It used to be a good platform for selling small affiliate sites. I remember when i sold my first site at $3500 there, It was a great feeling. But, now i don't actually see any of the good platform where you can sale genuine small affiliate sites.

I some times feel its a great opportunity for an experience person in the field to start a Marketplace Website like EmpireFlippers, but for the small sites, earning ($50-$500).

I think BHW Mode/Admin can also start a marketplace here to sale small affiliate websites with 10% commission to the BHW Owner/Admin. This would be a great opportunity for everyone Seller/Buyer/BHW.

The Space for Small Affiliate Site Marketplace is already empty. Let's see who will fill this.

Flippa takes $15+ 15%, which I agree is ridiculous considering they don't actually do anything.

What would make a good marketplace for small affiliate sites in your opinion?

Everything that "Empire Flippers" are doing great but they don't accept low earning sites. Same kind of marketplace for smaller site will be a great option.

I saw websites with around $500 monthly in profits that were selling for $15k at empireflippers

Yes, indeed but these newly not-yet-earning ones still sell.

Yes, small affiliate site marketplace space is empty but there are many cons too to that which needs to be considered.

the amount of sellers on flippa who sell 4 or 5 niche autoblogs - juicing, vegan, fitness etc and ebook stores and just churn them out for $100 a time

ive sold a few like this - again a magpie entrepeneur moment - ooh this flippa method looks good.
