hey man, what does it mean "OFFLINE"? Does it mean the system is broken or they simply not accepting new registration to UHRS?

Update: According to my friend the best gig for him was today. He made almost 15$ an hour with Mobile search battle.
Seeing his progress I think if work is more consistent someone can easily make 1000usd. Had a long chat related to his financials and according to him if he makes 600 usd a month with this he can save 100usd+ easily every month after paying for all his needs and use that 100 usd to get into IM. But he is still hesitant to get into IM so soon as he has expenses.
So all in all this method does work, and you have to work hard to or do repetitive work. 101% recommended for new commers.

It means that at the moment cw does not offer the UHRS assessments. It's not just an error, they have taken it down for an indefinite period of time.

I am not fully understand what it means. Does it mean that microsoft is going to review our work for our judgments? I thought they already did that with their spam and RTA score. Apparently they still need to manually review our work before they release the payment? in that case, if they are not satisfied with our work, is there any possibility we can get banned/not paid for some of the jobs during this review period? Or does the "review" here means something else?

That will work until they require a high level of English comprehension. The same issue many buyers are having in the content BST section! I'd guess that requiring USA / Europe (Specifically British I would guess) ensures that the people doing the work can truly understand what they're reading.

Hi again, i think only LJ who can answer you, others just waiting your updates and never come back here only if they have some issues, no support from who get the job or got paid. Remember you are the one who did the big part, so i think you will succeed, just be patient before acting in some black method try to keep your account clean, you know. Regarding my iss account they have send me another survey that i can't handle asked to get (win10 & iphone) to complete it, so i didn't act, to wait another things or to stick to Appen that have work from my original country.Maybe iss has another different project in EU so i receive this.

hmm, it is not required to pay attention to Spam Score or other scoring parameters. This scores will get reset every week, so as long as you don't get a temp ban for any particular Hit Type, you can just do 1000's if available. If you get your first ban, just make sure that you don't do that HIT type for that week ( Starting from ban day ). UHRS will only check you performance and they are too busy to individually inspect each account. So, the probability that your account gets a life ban is 0.
One more thing,
Sometimes, you may see on their twitter handler that 23k HITS are available but after you login you may find considerable less HITS. It is because they categorize HITS locally as well ( Region specific, with in a country ). It won't happen all the time, but probability is high.
Right now, Janeeth20 have good understanding than me because I'm out of it for a quite a few months now. Everyone should aim to work in this sort of method just to get some initial investments & I hope many of you guys will not get too addicted to it.
2 cents: After you have earned $2k, hire a VA and make a 50/50 share. LOL
