I've heard a lot about people wanting to login to more than 5 accounts on the same device.
I too had to face this problem but i've found a solution.
For this method no jailbreak is needed. This method works for any update of ios 8 and above.

If you visit the website above with your mobile device you can download a second repeater app for Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, Tumblr, ....
It is in Arabic but the download process is self explanatory.
  1. Just press on the app
  2. Then it will bring you to another screen where you can press on the download button which is the big rectangular grey button right under the app icon.
  3. After it downloads your ios device will say it doesn't trust the new program you downloaded. So you have to go to
  4. Settings ---> General ---> Device Management -----> Press on the thing over there and tell your device to trust the downloaded application.

Please take extreme caution downloading anything outside the App Store. These apps can easily contain functionality that picks up your login credentials.

Dude, thats like saying Instagress will take your login credentials.
This happened before with another app and so Instagram took extreme measures and made HUGE changes to their api on June 1 so this wouldn't happen again.
So i doubt any app using Instagram's api will ever be able to do it again.
Also, I've been using this for awhile now and it works fine.

Well, I can easily code an app that both log in to the Instagram API and log your credentials at the same time. There is a reason why the device by default don't trust apps outside the app store.

It's the same reason my Mac didn't trust Followliker at first. So why don't we all just accuse Followliker of stealing our login information just because Apple didn't trust it when we downloaded it.

I think Iphone is better for Instagram since there are so many third party apps for Instagram in the appstore like the like/view/comment exchange apps, or apps like "captivate" and "cleaner" that provide much more functionality to your Instagram account.
For somone like me who doesn't deal much with codeing these third party apps are life savers, however, i'm sure you can do without them since you probably have some coding skills or something of the sort.

Yes, that is the idea of this.

I don't accuse your method or that app for password stealing. I just simply tell people to be caution when dealing with apps outside app store.

If your iPhone is jeailbroken just install "Instabetter" from Cydia
 
I used to just create a new user on android device and download the app on that new user.
 
if, if you use a few accounts nothing happens. In marketing agency where I work, we use them well.

I have no idea. However, something interesting happened when i was using the app yesterday.
I was on the original Instagram app and I was trying to create another account but it didn't let me saying "too many people were registered on this device".
So i went to the clone app and creating an account went perfectly smoothly.
I guess Instagram sees logins from the clone app as a totally new device. So just think of it as another person in your family(people who share your IP) got a new phone and they use Instagram
