Hey, I tried this and I can leave a bit of information on how it went for me.
I tried few methods on how to get traffic, one I figured got me enough traffic to make quite some money. First I created a nice landing page with Getresponse landing page tool and bought a domain. Then I joined some money making groups on facebook and I posted my landing page link there manually so that would give me around 10 $ on AAX per day if I spent around 1 hour posting the links. Cashed out 50 $, it took some time to get the money out as AAX cashout service is rather sketchy and takes long time.
Then I bought some facebook accounts, bought a fb poster bot, hired a dedicated server and set up the bot to join fb groups and spam my link automatically. That would get me 30-40 $ a day without doing much, just that fb accounts were getting banned quickly so I needed to keep buying new ones. Well, problem is that I couldn't cash out my money that I made that way. The commissions didn't get approved. I opened a ticket asking what was the problem and they replied saying that I might have violated some rules and they are going to run an investigation. A month or so later my AAX account got terminated with the money in it. I didn't really violate the agreement as I was using a pretty straightforward landing page (similar to the ones AAX are offering, just prettier). I guess the reason why I got banned was that I wasn't profitable, the facebook traffic didn't bring them leads I assume. So I guess even though it's pay-per-signup program, it's not going to give you easy money if you don't bring them profit.
Just my thoughts, don't know if they are correct or not.
