Here's another working method that I've personally used which brings me cash on autopilot to this day.

I know I don't have a healthy mind set about money (business wise) but I like them whales. I have tons of pocket money methods that I've tested and worked, but since I like to work for big scores I'm not focusing on $xx / day type of methods.

That's the reason I'm releasing another method you can start today and see the money roll in just in a couple of days. Also, if you have nothing else on your plate, you can turn this alone into a big earner.

Before I start, I know YT + PPD works, I made almost $10k in a couple of months, but I really hated all the hassle from flagging, new accounts, new proxies, re-uploading and such. If you try this my way, you'll avoid most of those things. Almost all my vids/accounts are months old and still alive and bring surprises like these day in and out (remember, I didn't touch this method for months):

Actually, what I did was to mix two existing methods, YT uploading and Fiverr arbitrage. I'm not greedy so I'm reselling at x2 to x6 multipliers ($10 to $30 for 5 bucks gigs).

The best thing about mixing YT with Fiverr arbitrage is that you're avoiding the issues from both methods. No more copyrighted videos, no more DMCAs, no more fake stuff or PPD annoying surveys - thus your videos will be alive longer. Also you get a brand new traffic source for arbitrage by distancing you from eBay, forums or chat spamming - less competition meaning a more stable client source.

Ok, now that you know my twist, let's go to the spoonfeeding part:

    • Choose a niche from fiverr. Use something people might search for online. Don't go for novelty gigs.
    • From that niche pick some different services.
    • Setup a domain with a professional looking website.
    • Add services, set prices and Buy Now buttons.
    • Create videos For each different service and for the niche itself.
    • Upload to YouTube.
    • Wait for the orders to roll in.
    • Buy from fiverr and deliver to client.
    • Withdraw Papal Monkeys.
    • Have a beer on my behalf.

That's the basic outline, but there are some IMPORTANT tweaks you need to do in order to make it work:

When you setup services on your site, copy descriptions from fiverr so that your clients know exactly what to expect. Also write delivery dates adding one more day, on top of ones from the gig, just to be safe.

When linking from YT description, don't use service pages but your root domain.

On your homepage write some sort of descriptions about your niche but be short. After this one start showing services, amazon style. Don't have same service different packs on the homepage, but show all different ones. Usually, clients of mine, when they arrive to my site from YT they buy bunch of services, so make sure the first thing you let them know is that you can provide other services beside the one they're looking for.

When setting PayPal buy now buttons remember to ask for information you need in order to deliver (check fiverr gig requirements).

Scale up by adding more niches, services and uploading different long tail optimized videos. You can add likes, views, subs, backlinks, etc. to your vids but I don't and still make some cash.

    I hope I didn't left anything out,
    Good Luck!

so in short your video is ranking on top of google for the particular service or keyword you are promoting eg. FB likes, backlinks etc...and thats how you are getting your sales eh?

One more question are you targeting long tail keywords?

can you write down a case study am a bit confused as in the keyword research part eg. how to get FB likes ..are you targeting such kinda keywords or what...one example of a service would be appreciated.

I'm not ranking on top of Google, at least I never checked. Traffic comes from YT so I guess it's a mix of YT and Google searches. As I said in OP I'm relying on long tails to generate visitors, but if you want to try you can go the whole likes, views, subs, backlinks, etc. route and try to rank higher for stronger keywords.

not really autopilot if you have to do the fiverr part manually. That means all the communications and manual work. I agree the videos stay longer because you are selling a service. Where the source of the service is coming from doesn't matter. You're just reselling a service via youtube.

I guess you're right, but since I did a lot of YT + CPA and I know what a headache that is, for me, this is like a walk in the park. Not to mention the excitement I get every day when I open my PC and see another of those "Notification of payment received" from videos uploaded months ago.

Don't get me wrong. This method is genius if you can sell! :) I just wonder if that 3k you earned is monthly or lifetime. 3k monthly is a nice goal. 3k lifetime (probably afew months), is not that much. But if you scale it right, I dont see why this method would ever fail. LOL.

The time frame is from when I decided to run this test and now, so no, for me is not earned monthly. As I said in the OP, I like to fry bigger fish but there's no reason you can't make a stable income from this if you're willing to focus. I've used the cash from this method, since is direct PP money, to buy domains and such.

I obviously don't use this as my main source of income and because of this I decided to lay it out for people wanting a fully workable, tested and scalable method. Also to bring some variation in those never ending YT + PPD threads, maybe inspire someone to think outside the box and find a new twist for himself.

This was an awesome share - I've been in a bit of a mental 'box' when it came to thinking of alternative methods to monetize Youtube, and in some ways this is such a simple solution that I can't believe it didn't cross my mind! Will definitely put this to work once I've thought of a good niche with some decent keywords - thanks for taking the time to post.

Nice example of a creative mind. I was thinking about something similiar but haven't done it yet... And of course, rep added.

His method involved the regular traffic sources. Neither YT or Fiverr arbitrage are new, I just mixed them together.
    Thanks!

Fiverr arbitrage is definitely very rewarding if you're willing to put some effort into it, if you learn to outsource and quickly scale up to different niches, it's a goldmine.

Interesting.. I see this as a good mixture of two methods. Cheers for posting.

I wonder how many videos you had up to get this income of 3k? Several videos per gig?

It's tempting me, as I was contemplating kicking off a YT/PPD effort myself. But this looks more reliable, less hassle, and just as scalable (scrape fiverr, automate video creation using their images and some of their text, 5 vidz per gig or whatever....)

That's a good method, but not 'autopilot' as you have to constantly purchase and link up those fiverr gigs.

    Nice twist op!

Btw on your videos, do you find you get more conversions if you speak or use powerpoint style?

Also you mentioned linking to the root domain. Would you get flagged if you linked to various sales pages on a single domain?
