What you thing about it?
Well apart from the fact that you are directly linking from your BHCB to the networks with the offers you are running it looks like a solid niche. Be prepared as you WILL be banned soon with this setup. I hope you aren't actually getting any CLICKS or conversions yet, because if you are - I can guarantee you will be banned by the CPA network shortly. You have NOT protected your illegitimate traffic source, so you will be done soon.
Make changes...and start getting some other accounts in other networks you'll need them soon. First thing to think about with this method is referer spoofing solutions. Go get on that ASAP.

Well here is something that MIGHT keep people coming back to the site:
1. Actually provide the content via one of the streaming sites, or a download site, etc... for even more monetization.
2. Apologize and tell them the content they want is actually NOT available at this time - then provide them with a guide on how to actually acquire the content. If you scripted this well, you could make it look like an actual error occurred, and that your team FIXED it with an alternative solution to actually meet the visitors needs. They WOULD likely come back under those circumstances AND convert again. - You could also USE sharecash or similar to monetize this traffic again when providing the guide.

Guys, stop trying to follow the method he used, take his method to the next step..
make it unique. You don't have to use YT traffic, this would work insane on twitter.
I've had twitter app's setup using justin bieber go viral very fast, were talking 200k+ followers on the app in 2 days.
Needless to say I got the app banned real fast for making all them followers spam a tweet for me, but I'm just telling you this to get you motivated on using a different traffic source then YT.
Give twitter a try.

sometimes high epc means hard shaving...
for this test I personally found out that WSM has the highest epc...averaged out
