Great tips on using GSA - thanks!
You can either get a Fiverr for somebody to created you number of web 2.0's that contain your niche related content. Then when you get those links back, put them in a .txt file and import then into GSA as the url you want it to build links to. Or, you can hand build some web 2.0's and do the same.

Can you expand on this or clarify? According to the original method shared here so generously 33 tier 1 links are created each day for about 60 days, so that means 33*60 = almost 2,000 links... I assume all those are from different domains, so my question to you is: how do you change that for manually created tier 1 websites? Do you create a bunch of good wordpress buffer websites with lots of pages and lots of links with keywords and non keywords all within a context that is supporting them ? How many? (are they self hosted or web2 subdomains?). If it where lets say 50 first tier (domains or web2 subdomains) you would create over 60 days 40 links on average from each of them (50*40 = 2,000) to your money website? And at the same time over those 60 days you would use the GSA to create links to the 50 buffer websites: 33 or more each day to each? and then the third tier and fourth tier? Is this an example of how you would get your MONEY website to the top?

the setup that the OP mentioned is safe enough to run on your money sites. Remember though, just because it's set at 33 links per day doesn't mean it will achieve that number PER DAY. Sometimes it takes longer for higher quality links.
From what I've seen, for manually created web2.0's you don't need to run such a in dept project toward them and I limit it to 2 tiers when building links to web2.0 sites.

It is easy. You can select an option for tier2 links to point tier1 from the software.Tier1 links are updated over time, because you build some tier1 each day, however, tier2 links, when a link building campaign is set up this way, point to all the tier1 links.

I went ahead and bought GSA today. I used the trial and saw really good results but I also made sure to be smart with the setup and how I went about adding my options. I use a pretty big black list for keywords and urls. I set my submissions very low on my tier 1, little bigger on tier 2 etc etc. I keep the pages I post OBL very low, I don't index and I use my own well spun comments, titles and articles to ensure they are all readable. These settings during my trial allowed me to see results a few weeks after when things settled. I also don't mess with pingbacks and trackbacks guestbooks on my first tier and rarely on my second tier.
The point is it's obviously best to put the time into setting up your campaign. You don't build a house on a wobbly weak foundation - you put time in and ensure your foundation is solid. Your campaigns should be the same.

You did NOT any kind of indexer. like SEO Indexer or Lindexed ? you just let google find it "organically"

Yes. I stopped indexing things a while ago for the simple fact I receive better results by not indexing and letting Google find the content organically. By not indexing this allows the process to kind of be capped and not move too quick. I've also found my results to end up being more stabilized over time. These are my observations and they've worked well for me.
I'm backlinking my backlinks and on the lowest tier I'm creating an immense amount of links on mostly spammed sites. If anything those pages will already be submitted by the 100000 spammers that are already blasting that bottom tier.
